Ever wonder why there is such a large range of prices for puppies. Some can be sold for thousands of dollars and others just hundreds. Did you just hear on TV that one breed is selling for nearly $600,000?  It is important to know, there is a wide variety of Australian Labradoodles and Labradoodles out there. Many new breeders came up due to the popularity of the breed. Some just think put one lab and one poodle together and there you go "A Labradoodle!" It's just not that easy.

Dedicated Breeder's of the true Australian Labradoodle know what it takes to produce a quality dog. Multi-generational Australian Labradoodles cost more than a Labradoodle. The way to ensure you are getting a true Multi-generational Australian Labradoodle is to do your homework. There were several infusions of other breeds to get to the true Austrailian Labradoodle. I encourage you to read about the history of the Australian Labradoodle and how it all began. Check out ALAA web site for the history and breed standards of these amazing puppies. There is a right way and a wrong way to breed.

When we were searching for the right puppy for us, we discovered many differences. We would never even think of breeding without knowing all we know about this breed. We have gone to a great deal of expense to test for any inheirent problems with the parents to be sure we are producing a quality dog for you to enjoy for years to come. The only way you can consistently get the dog you see here is to do all the proper tests and breed to a stud that has the temperment and conformation you want in your lines and of course being very careful to have no cross breeding. Some Labradoodles look like poodles and some look like labs.  And to complicate things more, there are different sizes, coats and colors.  Be sure you are getting the quality, temperment of puppy that fits you. Ask questions. It's an important decision, do your homework.

One last thing, this breed isn't one you can simply put outside in a dog house. They are sweet and caring and will love you forever. They deserve to be part of your family.
